With no tools to tinker and no sprockets to spin, Whirligig fears the holidays are doomed to be dull and gray.
But Little Lou Woozie, with her big red hat and even bigger ideas, refuses to let the season slip away! Rallying the townsfolk, she sparks a daring plan: to gather every forgotten trinket, gizmo, and odd end hidden in attics, basements, and dusty corners. Buttons, springs, crankity cranks, and jingling knobs—every peculiar piece finds its way to Whirligig’s shop.
