Anne spent six years at Bloomberg, during which the global workforce doubled, and where her passion for nurturing talent led to the creation of Bloomberg's Global Leadership Forum. Before Bloomberg, Anne was Managing Director and Chief Diversity Officer at Lehman Brothers, focusing on the recruitment and retention of women and under-represented groups. Anne also spent fifteen years with P&L responsibility in fixed income and equity sales at Lehman Brothers and Bankers Trust. A New Jersey native, Anne holds a BA and MA from Johns Hopkins University.

Prior to Audible, Tim led a large global development team at Vistaprint, and prior to that spent eleven years at Sapient during its transformation to a digital agency with integrated technology capabilities. Rachel Ghiazza joined Audible in 2019 as SVP for Content Acquisition and Development. She became EVP, Head of US Content in 2020 and Chief Content Officer in 2023. Prior to Audible, Rachel was at Spotify where she held a variety of roles including leading the Global Content Experiences team and was a key contributor to Spotify’s global growth and success. Rachel also held leadership roles in the Content teams at Viacom and Yahoo!. She has a background in information systems and broad experience in content strategy, development, and acquisition for music, video, TV and podcasts. She has an MBA from the University of Southern California.

He spent four years at America Online Inc. as SVP of Interactive Marketing, leading business development for technology and entertainment channels. Bob is a former Chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB). She most recently served as CFO for the USA Network division of Comcast NBC Universal, which followed her first divisional CFO appointment overseeing NBC's newly acquired Oxygen Media. Prior to her long career with NBC, Cynthia worked at GE, where she earned a Six Sigma black belt qualification. A native of Hong Kong, Cynthia is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.

Lori Landew joined Audible in 2019 as VP, Audible Legal, and became General Counsel in 2021. She has more than two decades of experience as a media and entertainment lawyer across the film, television, music, publishing, sports and fashion industries, and has been named to *Variety*’s prestigious *Dealmaker’s Impact Report* and *New York Women’s Impact Report* lists. Lori is the co-founder of LiveConnections, a nonprofit that provides music-related education experiences. She is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew Tsao joined Audible in 2018 as SVP of Data Science and became EVP, Head of Data Science and Insights, in 2021 before becoming Chief Product and Analytics Officer in 2022. He is responsible for setting the vision and strategic priorities for Audible's product, science, analytics, research, insights, economics and data talent. Prior to Audible, Andy held a variety of leadership roles directing strategy, analytics, and data teams at Hotels.com, Expedia, and American Airlines.
