Sinopse
America spies have stolen the Chinese billion-dollar state-of-the-art auto-pilot program that is a key part of the plan they have to dominate the world, but the Americans lost it when the spy was killed. Key West, home to the dead spy, has a hand full of independent, unscrupulous, free-lancers looking to find the program for resale to the deep pocked countries. The USA is interested in re-acquiring this stolen Chinese software and sends Homeland Security Agent William "Cisco" Manchester to acquire it from the "free traders" who want to sell it. To work with Manchester and authenticate the software the army sent a young American general with a PhD in robotics that runs a joint drone development program for the Air Force and Army to automate the future battlefield.
With millions of American bucks to spend and free traders willing to sell, it sounds like a cakewalk except for the Chinese who have their own "James Bond Level" agent with orders to kill to keep these documents from the Americans or others who could use the technology. Then from Israel come two agents, one to secure the lost program for the Israeli military to provide the final step in a bold plan to save his country, the other, a retired state security agent working for a non-profit eco-fund who looks to prevent a war from starting because wars are bad for both the ecology and humans. When Agent Manchester and General James learn about the Israeli plans they are shocked and unprepared for what they find in Israel.
