It's like a never-ending cycle. Feeling drained, frustrated, weary, and, sometimes, you feel like you’re mentally living in a hell of darkness and despair.
Motivation seems to be unattainable and unrealistic. But surely there are ways, thankfully, to find motivation and, essentially, stay motivated. In this book, I cover all of these issues and more. I also provide step-by-step descriptions regarding how to create, maintain, and develop motivation, and how to overcome procrastination to become disciplined and follow an action plan that, I hope, will energize, empower, and inspire you.
