Sobre este áudio
The person of Volume I is Albert Einstein. A deeper look is taken into the life and work of this scientific genius. He has been esteemed for numerous scientific advances and theories, of which have even made their way into political realms with a strong urging by Einstein with President Roosevelt in the year 1939. Beyond a better understanding of his works and understanding of his childhood roots, Volume I also looks into the unknown love life and multi-lover romance that was often not known by the public. From his first wife, and their more cerebral connection to marrying his first cousin and eventually the uncovering of several other women in his life, much is discovered about Albert Einstein. The detailed expectations of his first wife are also uncovered to better understand the man behind the genius.
The place of Volume I is an extensive look into Arlington National Cemetery, a national monument that holds not only the soldiers from World War I, II, the Vietnam War, and the Korean War, but also a broad history of its origin and transformation from its original roots. Additionally, other historical figures, such as John F. Kennedy, are housed there with an in-extinguishable flame at his burial site. The traditions of placing flags in correlation with Memorial Day, and the time honored tradition of the guarding the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, are also explained. A pristine-clad guard exercises these age-old traditions, and each piece of the day's events at this location are perfectly timed with the intention of honoring those entombed in this memorial. From the rigorous training, lengthy memorization requirements, and 21 steps executed with perfection, it is truly a testament to the heritage and respectful tribute being paid to these soldiers.
The Titanic is the thing for Volume I. The historical making of this massive and infamously titled “unsinkable” ship falls prey to an iceberg in the late hours of the 14th of April in the year 1912. Ironic facts and a book written years prior to its launch have unmistakable connections that are described in this book. A broadened understanding of the events that led up to this tragic occurrence are described in great detail. Additionally, it takes a look at the captain of this ship, and all that led him to take this vessel across the Atlantic on a voyage that was supposed to be his last before retirement. And finally, some interesting facts about the Titanic to round out more of what Did Ewe Know?
