Sinopse
Harper was a bookworm librarian. That is until a gorgeous man ran into the library late one night.
After that, everything she had ever known was turned upside down.
She was quickly sucked into intrigue, attempted murder, and the US government.
She's always been plain. Not much to look at, and she just can't understand why Dallas seems to care about her in the slightest. He should just leave her where he found her. In the library.
Dallas thought when he ran into that library, he would run out the back door and the goons chasing after him would follow. They were faster than he thought. And now, because of that, Harper was in danger. Because of him. He couldn't just leave her behind. They would think she knew something she didn't. He had to take her with him. But where could he put her to keep her safe until he could put and end to all of this?
He hadn't expected to fall for her.
Nico had been working with the FBI for 10 years and had enjoyed everything in his life. It was simple and uncomplicated. He liked it that way. Then a weird case was handed to him. There was almost no way to solve it. But that was what he was good at. The tough cases. He didn't know that he would run into an old friend from his past and a woman who would change the way he viewed his life.
The three find some interesting ways through all the messes they find themselves in as they realize that they all belong together. Always.
