今回は寒(さむ)い冬(ふゆ)を少(すこ)しでも楽(たの)しめるよう、日本(にほん)の綺麗(きれい)な雪景色(ゆきげしき)を紹介(しょうかい)しています。

先週（せんしゅう）、大阪万博（おおさかばんぱく）とカナダについて少（すこ）し話（はな）しましたが、あれから万博（ばんぱく）について生徒（せいと）や外国（がいこく）の友達（ともだち）に話（はな）してもどの国（くに）の人（ひと）も万博（ばんぱく）を全（まった）く知（し）らないことがわかりました。

実際（じっさい）万博（ばんぱく）にはほとんどの国（くに）がパビリオンを出（だ）して参加（さんか）しているのに、どうして万博（ばんぱく）はこんなに知名度（ちめいど）が低（ひく）いのでしょうか？

そこで今回（こんかい）は万博（ばんぱく）についてもっと深掘（ふかぼ）りして説明（せつめい）したいと思（おも）います。結構（けっこう）面白（おもしろ）いものも展示（てんじ）されているので、もし10月（じゅうがつ）までに日本（にほん）や大阪（おおさか）に来（く）る予定（よてい）のある人（ひと）は、ぜひチェックしてみてはいかがでしょうか？

Last week, I talked a little about the Osaka Expo and Canada. After that, I spoke with my students and foreign friends about the Expo, and I found out that people from any country are completely unaware of it.

In reality, most countries are participating in the Expo by setting up their own pavilions, yet why is the Expo's recognition so low?

暖(あたた)かい日(ひ)も出(で)てくるようになりましたが、まだまだ寒(さむ)いこの頃(ごろ)です。カナダなどではマイナス20度(ど)や30度(ど)になる日(ひ)もあるようです。４月(しがつ)に大阪(おおさか)で万国博覧会(ばんこくはくらんかい)、略(りゃく)して万博(ばんぱく)というものが開催(かいさい)されるため、日本(にほん)では盛(も)り上(あ)がっていますが、皆(みな)さんは万博(ばんぱく)をご存知(ぞんじ)ですか？最近(さいきん)、万博(ばんぱく)のカナダパビリオンに応募(おうぼ)しているカナダ人(じん)と、カナダについて勉強(べんきょう)したため、カナダのこと、また万博(ばんぱく)のことについて話(はな)してみました。

The weather has started to bring some warm days, but it's still quite cold these days. In places like Canada, there are even days when the temperature drops to -20 or -30 degrees.

In April, the World Expo, commonly known as Expo, will be held in Osaka, and Japan is getting excited about it. Do you all know about the Expo?
