Van was the first story guy I met that truly changed my eyes in terms of my potential in CRE. He helped me see that someone as young as 22 can buy multimillion-dollar apartment complexes. Christian Osgood is a Washington-based investor he has formed a mentorship group with Cody Davis teaching others how to build relationships and get investment properties through seller owner financing.
