Susan Richards is a writer who never seems to meet a deadline, even when her job depends on it. When she loses two jobs in short order due to her tardiness, she decides it’s time to do something drastic. Susan turns to her cousin Mindy Winters, a Christian living in New York City, and asks to come and stay with her until she gets on her feet. Maybe New York will provide the opportunity she needs to build a new career as a writer.

Kim lived and hung out on the most dangerous blocks that Brooklyn had to offer. She was a part of a wild-ass crew and to top it off, her brothers were nothing to fuck with, and the whole hood knew it. Kim and her girls were the popular chicks. Every guy wanted them, and every female wanted to be down with them. With all of the hood popularity came nothing but drama and sticky situations. These girls all try hard to keep themselves out of the dangerous mix, but you know how the saying goes: "What goes around comes around".
