After the events of Gabatrix: The First Peace, humanity undergoes months of recovery and relief. The alliance with the Itrean T'rintar Clan is a momentous but unsteady event in history. The other Itrean clans no longer launch invasions or assaults for several months. Under the protection of one of the clans, the others sit by and wait. No one truly knows why that is the case. However, space isn't forever peaceful. A Shal'rein clan fleet is on its way to the human colony of Aphadus.

The year is 2349. Earth is a forgotten wasteland, but humanity survives as it finds new worlds to live on. A great pioneer by the name of Gabatrix has ushered in a new age of exploration and colonization for the human race. Of course, such a system is not without its hiccups, bickering, and the trepidation of the great unknown of space.

It is not long after the events of Gabatrix: Minerva. Humanity is slowly losing a war against the space-faring alien race known as the Itreans. Little is known about their attackers. The United Human Navy is being wiped out, and defeat is inevitable. However, there is hope. One of the clans of the Itreans has reached out to the human race. They want peace. If it is true, then the humans must seek it out at whatever cost.
