Yo Spark Self Motivation Kit Series

Sol Enspiration is the idea that inspiration can come from oneself and the act of inspiring oneself, will motivate oneself to repeat those same self supporting behaviors. Thus Yo Spark was created and this idea was initially captured within the classroom setting, where some challenges were overcame with group support and others by way of self.

We quickly learned about those who showed little change, in which the cause was identified as negative self talk. The challenge was, these children could not identify the voice within that was linked with the thought and the emotions associated with that ego.

To help with this, we chose affirmations that we would repeat twice, each school day. This was the inspiration we found to spark self-generated change, thus; Yo Spark Sol Enspiration was born! A short book, where listeners can fill in the blanks and help themselves with words they created.
