    Don't let anyone else's words discourage U from changing. Their opinions do not define U or your journey towards self-improvement. Instead, use their doubts and negativity as motivation.

    Change is not an easy process, but it is worth it. Embrace it, and be proud of yourself for taking the first step towards becoming a better version of U.
